It's been a long time putting my blog aside while i was busy with my uni's projects, but it finally comes to an end for this month. Wat i mean is this month..haiz..still going to continue brand new project when i go back to uni...sigh..>.<"(tired)
In this several months, i had learn a lot of skills:
Skill of being silent when i met somebody who just know how to talk well but when something practical comes to him...i am the one who going to do the practical part..that's why i learn more compare with them..maybe i am wrong..maybe what i saw was not the real person of them..who can prove it to me? Short and sweet-work more than talk is a better way of showing someone's commitment.
Another skill is i've learn how to say no to something. It seem not really that effective when i say no although i've already speak out the uncertainty of the mine..sometimes when i say no, i really mean it. But there is some kind of people where they dunno the things and actions that they did really will gonna make somebody feels disgusting..and there is also a kind of people didn't think deeply bout the problem when they are planning an activity. It will just bring about inconvenient or maybe disaster to an activity if the team of people are not wise enough to consider the problem.
More thing is learnt how to work with somebody where they think their work is perfect and stubborn to change when they have a chance to change it. So what i did is keep quiet for the moment then just do it by my own..i know this is not good, but when you working with this kind of boastful people, this should be the way.
To complete a project
-communication is the main problem that should be solve in the very beginning.
-don't ever do any assumption to anything that you are not sure, be brave to ask some wise questions to the aged people.
-think wide and deep to things that might be trouble the activity where you have to have another plan to overcome the uncertainty and try your best to avoid it cause prevention is better than cure.
All these not necessary just can use it in projects, it can also be apply in any other occasion-such as frenship, family...
